With just a few minutes of your time and a couple of emails, you can cost Alexandr countless hours of work and even take down his entire operation. Why is it important to report your content
Creators and businesses who allow their products to be shared freely on piracy sites like DESIGN.RIP quickly spread to dozens of other similar sites and Telegram channels.
The only reason DESIGN.RIP is able to operate is because not enough people file complaints against Alexandr. Piracy criminals like Alexandr rely on apathy and ignorance, but just a couple of copyright flags on his MEGA uploads are enough to get one of his accounts permanently terminated, which removes hundreds of digital products and practically crashes his operation. We know because we do it often.
The only thing we need is for more creators and businesses to report their files for copyright infringement and to report his activity to the services and payment platforms he uses. We will not rest until DESIGN.RIP is dead.
How to remove your files from MEGA
Alexandr uses the file hosting service MEGA to store and distribute pirated digital products and files. The good news is it's very easy to have your files removed for copyright infringement because it's strictly against their Terms of Service and Copyright Policy:
We respect the copyright of others and require that users of our services comply with the laws of copyright. You are strictly prohibited from using our services to infringe copyright. You may not upload, download, store, share, display, stream, distribute, email, link to, transmit or otherwise make available any files, data, or content that infringes any copyright or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.
You can submit a notice for copyright infringement via MEGA's website here or emailing via copyright@mega.nz. As long as you're the owner of the copyrighted material and you've included all the details MEGA require in their Copyright Policy, they'll remove files.

What happens next?
Once you've contacted MEGA, we've found it can take anywhere from 2-48 hours for your files to be removed. We've found that they generally don't respond to emails so you'll have to check the link to confirm they've been taken down.
If your files still aren't removed after 48 hours, reply to the DMCA email to follow up with MEGA's team. If your files have been removed, the link will display an error message.
Multiple copyright complaints = account termination
If the error message reads "The account that created this link has been terminated due to multiple violations of our Terms of Service", then you've hit the jackpot!
This means one of Alexandr's entire MEGA accounts was terminated, not just your individual files but files from hundreds of other creators. Your complaint was likely the one that tipped it over the edge.
Alexandr has multiple MEGA accounts but if just a few people send separate copyright complaints against each one, they permanently terminate them. This costs Alexandr countless hours of work re-uploading and organizing files and updating his website etc. The bonus is it also pisses off a lot of his paid subscribers:
We have hundreds of MEGA links from DESIGN.RIP and Alexandr's Telegram channels that we're sending to their respective owners along with this guide. It literally takes 1-2 minutes to report your link and it's only a matter of time until all the MEGA accounts Alexandr uses are terminated.
Where can I find where Alexandr is hosting my files on MEGA?
Alexandr will often share MEGA links on DESIGN.RIP or in the public Telegram groups t.me/designrip, t.me/uxuio, t.me/uxuis, and t.me/uxui_bot. Other times, these are provided after payment or hidden in the private Telegram channels.
We have multiple accounts that have access and we will do our best to send these to you but you can always contact us if would like us to check for you.
What happens if Alexandr re-uploads my files?
He probably will. Alexandr has zero regard for intellectual property and ignores DMCA Takedown Requests. When files have been removed, he'll re-upload them. Here's him re-uploading files to MEGA that were removed in response to creator DMCA requests simply because strangers on the internet asked him to:
The most important thing is to keep reporting your links in MEGA. It's a simple COPY > PASTE > SEND and MEGA will terminate his account if he continues to ignore multiple DMCA requests, especially if they're for the same files. He depends entirely on the people he steals from doing nothing.
How to remove your files from VKontakte (vk.com)
We've wiped out at least 100 TB of Alexandr's files uploaded to MEGA. Recently, he's started uploading them to the Russian social network VKontakte (vk.com/designrip) instead.
Alexandr has started using the domain oxo.link to redirect users to the pirated files on VK after 60 seconds. He does this because he is trying to hide the exact link URL, but you can always find it by opening your Downloads folder in Chrome. There's a guide on how to do this here.
If your files download link starts with psv4.userapi.com, they're hosted with VK. It's very easy to have your files removed for copyright infringement because it's strictly against their terms which state:
6.3. When using the Site the User is prohibited from:
6.3.5. illegally loading, storing, publishing, distributing, making available or otherwise using the intellectual property of other Users and third parties;

What happens next?
If your files still aren't removed after 48 hours, reply to the DMCA email to follow up with VK's team via abuse@corp.vk.com. Be persistent with this — they will take it seriously and remove the files.

How to remove your files from DESIGN.RIP and the Telegram groups
Send Alexandr a DMCA Takedown Notice demanding he remove your product from DESIGN.RIP and from his Telegram groups. This is a formal legal request to remove your files immediately and the first step in legal proceedings for copyright and IP infringement.
This is proof that you have already taken steps to remove your intellectual property. This is important when you start contacting all of his service providers to report illegal activity later on — you can state that you've already contacted Alexandr and he ignored your DMCA (this is a big no-no as far as the law is concerned).

What happens next?
Alexandr will likely ignore your email at first, but follow up aggressively and let him know you're also reporting also his MEGA links for copyright infringement and contacting his third-party service providers such as payment platforms.
If Alexandr does remove your files, make sure you check DESIGN.RIP and his Telegram channels regularly and immediately report future infringements. The key here is to become such an annoying pest that he gives up pirating your files.
How to remove your content on DESIGN.RIP from Google search
If Alexandr has posted your intellectual property for sale on DESIGN.RIP, it may get indexed by Google and show in search results. Click here to search and check.
This is very easy to remove! You can report illegal content on Google Search for violating copyright by filling out a 2-minute online form here.

What happens next?
Google will notify you of the outcome. If everything checks out, they will remove the design.rip URL from their search index so it never shows up in search.
This is important to do so people can't find illegal copies of your product or DESIGN.RIP organically. Also, every copyright infringement will have a negative impact on the design.rip domain. This means Google will rank their other URLs even lower. With enough complaints, Google will even blacklist an entire domain completely.
Report the DESIGN.RIP Telegram Groups
Alexandr runs several Telegram channels and Telegram bots to distribute pirated digital files and direct users back to DESIGN.RIP to purchase more of your stolen work.
Facilitating illegal copyright infringement in public channels on Telegram is against their Telegram's terms of use. You can send a DMCA Takedown Notice to dmca@telegram.org and abuse@telegram.org to report Alexandr's public channels.

What happens next?
When Telegram receives these reports, they are required to investigate them because they cannot afford to lose access to the App Store and Google Play. They are very hesitant to act but with enough reports and pressure they will have no choice.
Telegram will try to waste your time by asking you questions and asking for evidence that you've already included in your initial email. It's important that you are persistent and continue to hassle them until they give a definitive answer on the outcome of their investigation.
If they don't respond within a few days, send repeated follow up emails and again threaten to make a complaint directly to the App Store for violating their Agreements and Guidelines for Apple Developers and App Store Review Guidelines. These guidelines state extremely clearly that "Apps should not facilitate illegal file sharing".
We'll make a complaint to App Store and Google Play
Please forward these email threads to us. If the DESIGN.RIP channels are not removed, we will collect them and present evidence to Telegram that they are ignoring multiple valid illegal file sharing complaints and DMCA notices for the same channels.
If the channels aren't removed then, we'll make a complaint to the App Store and Google Play for violating their policies. This will put immense pressure on Telegram to removed these channels permanently.
This may sound like a stretch, but Apple in particular take a very strong stance against apps that violate their Agreements and Guidelines for Apple Developers. They will kick out any app for violating a single clause in their guidelines. If we can show that Telegram are repeatedly ignoring illegal activity complaints they will act on it.
Report the illegal use of Donate Bot
Update 24 December 2023: Thanks to your reports, we've successly blocked all of Alexandr's piracy channels from using Donate Bot. We'll keep an future channels he creates.
Telegram admins can use a tool called Donate Bot to monetize both public and private channels. Alexandr uses Donate Bot to accept payments for stolen digital products and to sell a €10 per month subscription to access the private Telegram channels.
He mainly facilitates this using t.me/@uxui_bot but also posts payment links in the other public channels t.me/designrip and t.me/uxuio, as well as in the private channels:
After users purchase via Donate Bot, they are shown a link or QR code to the files uploaded to MEGA. If they're purchasing a subscription, they are added to the private Telegram channels where MEGA links are shared.

What happens next?
Donate Bot is owned and managed by Telegram so they are required to investigate them because they cannot afford to lose access to the App Store and Google Play.
Just like reporting channels, Telegram support will try to waste your time and ask you questions and for evidence that you've already included in your initial email. Be incredibly persistent — with enough complaints and pressure they have no choice but to look into your complaint seriously, especially when you threaten to make a complaint directly to the App Store for violating
If you stick with it, they eventually give in and block the channel from using Donate Bot (as they should per their user agreement). This took several follow up emails but Donate Bot blocked one of Alexandr's channels from using their service and froze his subscriptions:
Alexandr will likely create a new account and reinstate Donate Bot so it's important that multiple people send these complaints if you see Donate Bot being used.
How to cause problems for Alexandr
If you want to help slow down DESIGN.RIP and Alexandr further, hassle him on social media and via his emails bysany.design@gmail.com and admin@design.rip. Let him know what you think of his "moral character".

Report Alexandr's other services
If you notice Alexandr is using another service not mentioned above (e.g. Notion, domain registrars, email providers), you can report these for illegal activity as well. Just look up the service provider's terms of use and policies and they'll include a clause forbidding illegal activity 99% of the time.
Send the service provider an email explaining that DESIGN.RIP is an illegal piracy website and is in violation of their terms. They are obliged to investigate and will usually just terminate their service on the spot. If they don't, just hassle them and provide more evidence and they will have no choice.
Contact active users in the Telegram Channels
This is an extra spicy tip. You can create free (and anonymous) Telegram accounts to join the public channels t.me/uxuio and t.me/designrip and cause problems for active users and most of all, Alexandr.
Message users discussing, sharing, or even selling your products in the DESIGN.RIP channels. It's easy to trick these people into sharing their email address or identity. Some of these people are even stupid enough to include these details in the bios when committing criminal acts online.
Send them a DMCA or legal notice, publicly shame them on social media, contact their employer, or uninvite them to your birthday party — the choice is yours.
We have a few accounts in the paid DESIGN.RIP channels and we're keeping a record and screenshots of all the active users, especially those who share digital products. We will be publicly naming and shaming these users via this website soon.
Why we created this site
We're a small group of businesses who have banded together to create this site. We contacted Alexandr because he was selling our digital products that we sell on Creative Market, Craftwork, and UI8.net. Alexandr not only ignores DMCA Takedown Notices, but he sends back insults before re-uploading and selling our IP again. UI8, in particular, have done very little to help protect their creators, with their staff telling us "they'll look at this next month".
We've been selling digital products since the WordPress days and we understand that internet piracy will always be a problem. However, the arrogance and hubris of this person is unlike anything we've ever encountered. Alexandr has zero integrity or moral character and will continue to steal from people with actual talent unless people fight back against him.
Every time we have had our files removed from MEGA, he re-uploads them to sell as his own work with zero regard for intellectual property. We're no longer focused on just removing our files, we're focused on removing DESIGN.RIP permanently and will not rest until Alexandr is behind bars.

We've created dozens of copies of this site and every time Alexandr tries to remove a site, we'll put it back up under 2x new domains. What Alexandr is doing is called is wilful IP and copyright infringement, but on a large scale. This is a criminal offence in most countries and will land you imprisonment of up to five years and fines of up to $250,000 per offense. Not only is Alexandr stealing from hundreds of creators and businesses, he's doing so purely to profit from it.
We're winning the war
Since we launched this site, we are already beginning to cripple Alexandr's piracy network. Here are some wins that we've been able to verify:
- 1,000+ MEGA, Dropbox, and Yandex folders removed with an estimated 100 TB of pirated files (and these are just the ones we know of)
- At least 6x MEGA accounts terminated (along with an unknown number of links)
- Terminated his Donate Bot access from accepting payments on Telegram
- Terminated his FreeKassa account from accepting payments on Telegram and the website
- Had his PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, Boosty, Gumroad, and DonationAlerts accounts terminated which he has also used to accept payments for pirated digital products
- Took down his entire site hosting (reg.ru) for several days hosting
- Contacted 80+ businesses to help them fight back (we have a list of 500+ still to contact)
We're also working on removing 10+ other services he's using to support his site and Telegram, it's just a matter of time until these are terminated as well. Whatever payment services Alexandr switches to next, we'll get it removed ASAP. You can help us by reporting any services you see also.
In desperation to stop people unsubscribing, Alexandr started deleting comments in the Telegram groups. Anyone asking questions about why the MEGA links don't work, why they can't start a new subscription, and why they can't buy individual files via the website got instantly deleted, removed, and blocked. He has now abandoned these channels completely and their subscribers.
